Term 4 - Baking and Pastry Course
Put on your apron, and join us and we bake our way through Term 4.
Tuesdays - 11 October to 29 November - 4.30pm-6pm.
This course focuses on the basic element of baking.
We mix Science and Hospitality to discover the How and Why of doughs, batters and pastries to make pizza and calzones, bread, empanadas, sweet savoury pie crust, Cupcakes and Biscuits to name just a few.
All equipment, food and utensils are supplied. Simply arrive each week with an appetite to learn, closed in shoes and hair tied back. We suggest that you bring a large container to bring home goodies.
Each class is divided into age groups.
Held in the beautiful gardens of The Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living. Address: 1 Mount Annan Drive, Mount Annan. Parking available on site
Each session is 90 minutes long, held from 4.30-6pm.
